Internal Hire Maintenance Supervisor Interview Tomorrow. Beard or no beard?

I work in property management as a service technician. I have had a beard the entirety of my employment.

The position I’m applying for is at a sister property. The maintenance supervisor who is leaving the company is a bearded/tattooed man. His beard was about half the length of mine. I’m at about 10 months growth.

The management staff is entirely female. Area, district, etc.

I keep it pretty neat, but I don’t know if it should come off or not. I do have supervisor experience in a different field. I was not allowed to have more than maybe 1/8” scruff.
