I'm working in entry level positions, not talking about management or executive roles. Having said that, very few people I know use LinkedIn. If they have profiles, they're pretty inactive and probably not the best way to contact references.
My question is, how do you guys usually keep in touch with old co-workers, supervisors, etc? I don't have any social media except Reddit. I was wondering if I should create Facebook or Instagram. I've always hated those platforms but I worry that if I don't somehow connect with these people, they may change their numbers and I'll lose touch with them for the future.
I'm currently transitioning from my old job to a new one and I want a way to keep contact with my old co-workers. Who knows when you'll need then for a future reference.
