I graduated college in 2019 and started a small business while working at a retail sales store.
In March, I got my first corporate job and had to leave the office along with all my other coworkers due to COVID. We were working from home until late June, at which point my training has actually started. I was doing very simple tasks while working from home, focusing on helping in whatever ways I could.
My training went well but I had a few bumps in the road. I had an evaluation a week ago where I was told what I needed to focus on and I was in the process of continuing with my training(again, was never trained during my entire stay at home) so I still was learning how to proceed with the tasks for the job. I did make mistakes here and there but did my best to correct them and was always eager to do more.
Yesterday, my manager let me know that I was not a good fit for the job and that I had to get my personal items and leave the office.
Should I include this job on my resume? It is a job that I took to help pay some bills while my small business was suffering (but still actively functioning) due to COVID.
Please let me know what you think, thank you. All advice is appreciated
