Should I make a new resume for a low entry level job?

I wasn’t sure how to phrase the title correctly but the gist is I’m a recent graduate in graphic design but as you can imagine given my little professional experience it’s hard to find employment in my field, so I figure why not apply for a low wage position at whatever I can find in the service industry. My question is if I should make a new resume just for it? I ask because the last service job I’ve worked was 3 years ago at a total of 3 companies for short terms (just needed spare cash and left when I got it). Would be better to keep my current resume but add those service jobs to it or Make a service job only resume but there’ll be a big work gap
