Should I add my volunteer work to my resume?

Last December, my friend and I co-founded a small charity that donates period products (pads, tampons, etc) to women in need. Around April, I ended up losing my full-time marketing job. Since then, I started throwing myself into the charity work, since I suddenly had a bunch of free time and it helped pull me out of my job-hunting depression. I dedicate probably around 10-15 hours a week to growing our organization, coordinating volunteers and donations, and helping with the marketing.

My question is: should I add this volunteer work to my LinkedIn/resume? Since I'm doing marketing work for the charity, it is relevant to my field. And I want to show employers that I've still been working, even with the pandemic. But I'm not sure if employers would look favorably on volunteer work, and if adding this experience to my resume would do more harm than good. Any advice would be so appreciated.
