Mortgage Assistant vs Research Assistant at a financial institution. Which one will be benefit me more in the future?

I don't have many interests and not really planning on furthering my education at the moment. I just want to work right now and be able to support myself. Also, I don't want to get into more debt than I already am. I was hoping that I'd be able to somehow work myself up the career ladder without a bachelor's degree. Again, I'm not that picky at what I end up doing. I just want to gain experience and try to make good money. Which job out of the two would benefit me more in the future? Are there professions that I would be able to advanced to after two years experience?

I'm stuck in life right now and I really need advice. My parents don't think I'll be able to find a good job without a bachelors but I think I could. Not to mention, I really dislike school. I'd find it too stressful to go to school part time and work full time. Do I have hope?
