Hiring Manager Added Me On LinkedIn

Today I had my third interview with the hiring manager at a tech company. It went well and he said the recruiter would be in touch about the final interview with the CEO. Minutes later he added me on LinkedIn and I accepted. Should I follow up and send a thank you note to him over LinkedIn? I don’t have his email address.
