How can you tell if you did good for a job?

I'm currently participating in a selection process for a global company in my country but let me give you guys some context:

- This selection process has been going on since April and at my current job they started to get suspicious because I have been taking SEVERAL interviews for this (at least 4 interviews) so they became suspicious every time I asked for "personal time" for an hour several mornings in the last 2 months.

- Since the selection process was taking to long and I honestly I don't hate my job that much to quit I decided to send the company an email that I will not keep on participating in the selection process for personal reasons BUT to my surprise the recruiter called me the next day to practically tell me to please not stop the selection process because I did so good in the test, interviews and many other indicators in the process and at the end she practically beg me to stay in the process, this is a good thing right? Still I'm missing 2 more interviews (damn it) but this must be a good sign right?

In reality I didn't want to continue the selection process because in my mind I thought like: I'm probably not going to get it so I may as well terminate this in my own terms and I don't want to lose my job for another one that I might not get.
