"Give us a reason why we shouldn't promote you?"

I am currently in the midst of going for a promotion at a tech company (in a non-engineering role) and as part of my promotion consideration I will be expected to answer this question. To me it seems like a twist on "what is your greatest weakness" but in the context of the job I am already doing. I want to answer this question with tact so for anyone who has come across or gone through this I would really appreciate any anecdotal advice.
