Does it sound like I am about to get fired?

My boss called me in to talk about something on my day off. I’ve been working at this job for about a month now, tbh I haven’t done anything to be fired but I am a bit incompetent. On the otherside I haven’t really been trained...they just throw me in the frey and expect me to do everything myself. She asked me about medical records or something also..they must think I’m mentally challenged.

Anyways, does it sound like I’m about to be on the job search again?
