I started a new job 6 months ago. I was hired for one specific job, but i was told i’d need to help a little with another team. I ended up being forced to help out with a specific team bc the client they were going to have for me hasnt been set up yet. The two people in this team have been terribly impatient. Whenever I ask them questions, they give me the run around (asking me to look at google, even though they know the information. This is specialized info that is hard to find) Ive never been trained in this area. They constantly pick on me, call me up and yell at me for hours. One constantly calls me and terrorizes me, and she has gotten worse since I’ve told her i was uncomfortable with her calling me stupid, among other things. They’ve told me now that im being put on a performance plan and hr will contact me. How do i deal with this?
