Aflac Internship Worth It?

I recently interviewed with Aflac for a sales internship and deciding whether to accept the offer. I have read a lot of reviews that it is basically cold calling and not actually really sales. But, I have no other really big name internships lined up that could be a resume booster. ( I am currently not in my junior year and just want to build up my resume for when I do apply to companies where I want to at after college like Morgan Stanley and Capital One). I am wondering if there is a bad reputation around Aflac if I were to accept it and it could affect me more down the line when I apply for internships where I actually want to work.
