4 Interviews in and references have been contacted

Hey, after hundreds of applications and many, many interviews I have finally made it to the final round with this position.

I applied online and within a couple days I had a phone interview.

Applied 5 days after 1st Interview - Spoke with HR 2 months later 2nd Interview - Head of Department 2 days later 3rd interview - Manager 1 day later 4th Interview - Manager and Head of department

I was then asked for references

Both of my references have been contacted and both left glowing reviews.

Now I’m just waiting to see if I’m going to be offered the position or not ...
