Zoom Interview "Mock Call" Help

I have a Zoom interview tomorrow morning with a debt collection company for an Account Manager position.

My recruiter told me I will be doing 2 "Mock calls", and the first one will be me trying to get a donation. She told me the interviewer will be giving me objections, and I will have to "keep the ball rolling."

This is something new to me, I don't know what to expect. Any tips on what they're looking for or how to prepare!?
