Thinking of leaving a new job thats great!

Recently in beginning of May I got a new job with a great company, culture and people are amazing. Early on in the process I told them I'm finishing my masters and expect to do the job full time while finishing my masters. The boss stressed how he'd atleast like me to be in the position for 2 years to get his ROI (return on interest) for training me and etc. Originally I expected that, and was super elated that I got the position and planned on doing just that. However now after being in the position just 2 months its boring and not what I want to be doing (not to be ungrateful) it isn't what I went to masters for at all and initially was interested but not anymore. Also I recently got accepted into a fintech boot camp and plan on doing that at the same time as my masters program. I realize I bit way more than I can chew and seriously am contemplating quiting the job to work part time and finish my masters and boot camp. This being my first full time real job iv always heard no you need to stay atleast 1 or 2 years etc etc. Is it really that bad if I quit so early? What are your opinions? Anyway to leave on a good note atleast and not burn any bridges? By the way this is in the procurement field for a shipping company just to give some color, my masters is in large scale business data analytics.
