Salary negotiation

I received two job offers recently. One firm offered the very top of my salary range and I am unsure if I should try to negotiate with them for a higher salary when they offered the most I ever anticipated right off the bat... The only reason I feel I should try to negotiate is because I am a entry- level employer and a woman and I know a lot of women don’t try to negotiate and therefore don’t get equal pay... Any advice on how to navigate this and what to say?
