Has anyone else bombed a Job Interview assessment in their field?

I have years of graphic design experience, an impressive portfolio, and everything went well until I had to do an assessment- Editing a Simple photo. After a long stint with Photoshop, I’ve spent almost 3 years using AffinityPhoto on my iPad with an Apple Pencil- for everything. When I saw Photoshop on this Huge double screen with a keyboard and mouse, I panicked. I could barely identify the healing brush, and using the mouse was so awkward, I looked like a complete novice. I’m so embarrassed, because I should know the basics. But Ive become so accustomed to doing things a certain way, Id forgotten everything and completely bombed. Has anyone been in a similar situation?
