Starting a new job as a warehouse manager, any tips or advice?

I've worked in a warehouse as a department team leader where there were no warehouse managers. I'm moving into a warehouse manager role for an online retail company soon, where the duties will mostly be similar and just looking for any further tips and advice. Thanks
