I scheduled a phone screen for an office job and got a calendar invite. Looking at the details in the invite, it says the call will be recorded for training purposes. This is a first for me, not sure if this is weird or not. What's your reaction to this?
Doesn't specify if the call is with the recruiter or hiring manager or someone else.
