Raise your hand if...

You would totally spend money on a book full of best practices for onboarding new people to the team. Practices that are based on my experience with conducting tech interviews and introducing new members to the teams I worked with.

From my experience I see that most companies have more or less formal ways of introducing new people to the team, but they are usually based on reading boring documentation or going through tedious training sessions.

If I make a book showing good and bad practices, would you want one??
