Job forcing me to come in during pandemic/riots?

I work in call center for a big hospital in a big city. I have been going into work the past month and a half during the pandemic. In light of the riots breaking out across the country, my city was affected this weekend and I received a voicemail from the health system that all essential employee should go to work. I do not consider myself essential. I’m not getting hazard pay. I texted my supervisor and asked if we’re to go into work tomorrow and she said yes. I replied that I don’t feel safe and that I take public transportation into work that will likely be affected. I asked if it’s possible for me to work from home. She hasn’t replied back to me. What do I do?
