A little over three weeks ago, I had my first interview with a job I really want. They contacted me the very next day (a Saturday) to schedule a second interview. After my second interview, they contacted me the very next day again to schedule a third interview. I did the third and final interview last Thursday and still haven’t heard anything back.
Are communication times typically longer after the final interview because they have to make a final decision? Or is the fact that I haven’t heard back from them as quickly as before a bad sign? In your experience, how long does it take after a final interview to hear back?
