I started a new job and chose this opportunity because of the short commute and now they're moving offices that would make my commute significantly longer.

I just started a new job. I took the opportunity because even though it pays less than other offers I had the office is less than 10 minutes drive from my house. Commute time is a really important factor for me and I didn't apply to jobs south of the city because I did not want a long commute with tolls and lots of traffic. During orientation they announced they are in talks to move to a new building in a town that is 30 miles away and with traffic will take close to an hour one way, maybe even more. I feel pretty betrayed cause I turned down another great opportunity that paid more because of this short commute and now that job would've been closer than this new office location. I'm not planning on bringing it up now because I just started and we will be remote until September. But when September comes how do I address this with my boss without causing rifts? I feel like I won't have worked at the company long enough to ask for a raise because of travel expenses now or to work mostly remote so I'm not sure what to say. I don't have anything against the company or the employees, everything has been great so far. I don't want to job hop either but this is kind of a deal breaker for me for the long term.
