Finding a job in another city?

I'm looking for any sort of job in a city about 2 hours from me. I wont be able to go to interviews if they're even having them during the pandemic, so what should I tell them if they want to set up an interview? Does anybody have any tips for getting a job in this pandemic, even if it's just retail? Thanks so much
