This was by far the quickest, and honestly very odd, interview process. I got the initial interview email describing the position and asking a few simple questions like if I am able to get transportation to work, if the hours would be ok, etc. Then I was reached out to to schedule a chime interview. I had my chime interview, I thought it was just okay... they asked 4 situational questions and then asked if I had any questions. They didn’t go into detail about the role itself, the company, or anything- at the end I did ask about my day to day and growth opportunities. The response was semi vague but I assumed there was a 2nd interview since that one was only 30 mins. Well there was no 2nd interview. I got an email with the job offer letter, no call. I asked to speak to my recruiter before accepting as I have questions.
I would like any inside experience working for Amazon corporate, the role is a HR coordinator. Id love to know if you have over time (do you get paid over time?)- what it’s like etc. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!
