I've been looking for work since May 2019 and have applied to over 400 jobs since then, with maybe about 7 or 8 interviews total. I'm looking for work primarily in User Experience Research or Market Research and while I have some bits of experience that might qualify me, I'm still very much a beginner. I just don't know how to get a job with little experience. Every job I see in my field seems to require at least 3 years of experience. I end up applying anyway but it doesn't seem to be getting me anywhere.
