Advice on leaving a new job

Hi everyone,

I am needing some advice, I just started a new job as a Software engineer and am not doing very well there. The environment is a little toxic and I just don’t vibe well with the work atmosphere. This is the first time something like this has happened to me and I’m not sure what to do. Over the course of 8+ years I’ve only worked at 2 companies so I don’t have any history of jumping around job from job.

Also, if I am to apply to other jobs, do I add my new position to my resume?
