24M feel so lost and feel like i dont know what kind of careers are out there. Please read and help!

So I'm 24 I feel like I have a pretty solid resume. Ive worked since 17, ive worked for Verizon, the NHL/MLB network, small retail jobs and deli jobs when i was in high school. BUT whenever I go post my resume on glassdoor, monster, or indeed I BARELY get a response. I dont know if I'm doing something wrong? Is my resume really complete trash? And on top of that, right now i work in sales retail for Verizon, but I dont want to do that anymore. I am down to try new fields and new things (graduated from college with a BA degree) but I dont even know what kind of jobs to apply for because I dont really know what kind of jobs exist that might help me find a career for myself?

I know I'm rambling a bit here but I think you get the gist of what I'm trying to say and I'd love some help. If anyone has any advice on how to go about this, or if anyone has a job that they really enjoy, i would love to hear what type of job it is and share how you were able to obtain it. Thank you!
