What should I expect in my follow up interview?

I’m graduating from college in a few weeks with a not too marketable degree in poli sci with a minor in economics. Been applying for all kind of jobs like crazy, have finally gotten an interview for a sales job I’m really interested in. I had a preliminary interview over the phone with a recruiter, who just asked me basic questions about whether I was actually interested, if I could be in this area at a certain time for training, etc. They scheduled an “initial” interview the next day with a higher up in the company, he asked me a lot of the same questions and seemed a little disinterested/tired/busy, but I followed up the next day and I got an email saying I’d have a second interview in the coming weeks with the head of the department. Basically I’m wondering if I should follow up in like a week maybe, or how long I should wait as I don’t want to risk annoying the recruiter. Also, what kind of questions I could expect as my first two didn’t really feel like “real” interviews where they ask me a lot of in depth questions and they were max 20 minutes each. Finally, are they actually interested/ what are my chances now that I’m on my third conversation with a third person? Any advice or knowledge from someone in the industry or with experience would be greatly appreciated
