In a lot of job listings i see grammar errors even in big companies so at this point i just assume that is normal (even though i’m aware it shouldn’t be and i find it ironic) so i found a job offer that says they need someone urgently. They did not do any kind of phone/video interview and said i was their last pic and to email my basic information like my address and hours avail. The message was littered in spelling errors and after i sent my info they said id be tasked with sending a check. (They would send it to me and i would send it to X)
I keep mentioning the grammar because its a thing scammers do to weed out tech savvy people when they send fishing emails but i also know this company has other locations across the world so they might be bilingual?
Should i just do the job responsibilities and see if i even get paid?..... i even asked my father about it and he said its fishy they didn’t set up a phone interview or anything...
