Should I quit without notice? My mental/physical health is deteriorating because of my job. There's also some unethical situation going on.

I've been working for this large foreign corporate company for 6 months now. I was not trained properly and basically given a lot of responsibilities pretty quickly. When I need help, either my co-workers are busy or I get the help with some condescending attitude. The communication is lacking. Most of them speak the foreign language even when working with (American) English speaking people. The support system is not there. I feel like they focus of the negatives and none of the positives. Overall, the environment is very toxic.

My depression and anxiety got much worse while working. I was diagnosed with severe depression and taking anti-depressants. As far as anxiety goes, my psychiatrist did not see it as much as a problem to give me medication which I agreed. I was diagnosed before my job started and everything was getting better until it was 3 months in my job. I feel like my medication is not working anymore and thoughts of self-harm is going through my mind again. I also feel like my heart is going to jump out of my body any moment. I want to talk to my psychiatrist, but this whole COVID-19 situation makes things more complicated.

And about COVID-19, we had a positive case in our office but we have to continue working. We're not essential employees. We're not doing anything to immediately benefit people like healthcare services or provide any necessities like food or toilet paper. Our industry is not even listed as necessary in CA. They're trying to reduce amount of people going into the office, but it still doesn't seem right nor is it safe.

I'm planning to send a resignation email to my boss and then HR. Should I do this? I can't stand another 2 weeks or even 2 days in this position. We can't even meet in person due to COVID-19 protocol.

As far as financial situation, I'll be fine since I have a lot of savings and a side hustle. I just need to quit for the sakeof my health.
