Any tips on how to handle a 15-minute conversation with a company that I applied for?

It's for a UX designer position.

I have a phone call tomorrow (I think it's an initial screening, since it's only supposed to be about 15 minutes) with a local gaming company. Any tips on how to prep for this? I've looked up the company and I'm not familiar with their games, but I am familiar with RPGs.

Any tips? I've looked up the company, my resume, cover letter and the posting, and I'm thinking of a few questions to ask. I'm just not sure how to approach it if I've never heard of the company before, or their games.

I'm also wondering, should I say that I'm interested in the company when I don't know much about them? I haven't played any of their games, although they seem interesting.

Edit: I'm a CS new grad, graduated last December 2019. If this changes anything, I graduated in degrees in CS and psychology, and have taken design courses before, as well as a UX class for CS, and fared well in my design classes. How can I convince them that I'm a good fit for a UX position?
