Looking for job with clearance requirements

I have a secret clearance from my time in the navy and have been having issues with actually getting feed back from the ones I have applied to. I am looking for websites that have job listings that require clearances but the only one that stood out to me was clearancejobs.com. I may be doing something wrong also like not providing enough information about me but I apply with my resume to these positions and still, no feedback.

Is there anything I can do to make myself more desired by a company?
