i got an interview at a call center!

if you've ever had one, do you have any advice for me?

unfortunately i've never had a real job before, but if i can get this one i'm going to save up money for college after the pandemic settles down. i just really need this to work out.

it's a full time position where you handle calls/etc about healthcare. the interview will be held over the phone.
