Good Interview, No Call Back

I had an interview 12 days ago and I was their last person to interview. The interview went extremely well, 15minutes over the intended hour, and the interviewers were both relaxed in their conversations.

Although jokingly, the host/main interviewer mentioned I had his cell and e-mail. Please feel free to ask any questions on either, he mentioned. They said they'd get back to me last Friday, but no response. I did send a thank you e-mail at the end of the day of the interview.

I know with the COVID, its possible responding is slower, but did I somehow not get through this round? I felt like the interview was going extremely well...
