My mother recently laid off is looking for a new job. She is certainly not looking for jobs that require a decent amount of physical labor. Obviously call center or office jobs sound good for her, but her English is not on par for business level. However, she started attending community college ESL classes to improve her English. For her, having a decent/great benefits (EX: health insurance) is more important than the wage. I want to help her find a job. I'd love to hear recommendations from you all.
