Development vs management

Hi,

I have over 11 yrs of experience in big data and the way tech is changing and developing there are so many things to learn in this field. My company wants me to take up management and is giving me more of management project which I am not at all passionate abt doing as I think I dont have management skills

I would like to know if there are people at my exp who are still a developer and would continue as a developer life long? What options people like me have who only are interested in development?

Shall I look for a new opportunity? I am confused as of now and not sure what to do?
