How do employers decide between candidates?

I'm graduating with my Master's in a few weeks and have a couple of interviews coming up. I know a few people in my program also have the same interviews coming up.

I'm just curious how employers make a final decision assuming the final candidates have equal amounts of education and experience plus a good interview(s). Just seeing if there are more ways I can stand out.
