A student struggling to make a website.

Hi so during quarantine I thought why not make myself useful. What better way then to earn money to help my family. I've tried surveys and things like that but it's just not working for me. I recently found out a website where people got free robux for doing offers that actually work. I wanna make a similar website, any advice on how to get started and earn money?
