Workplace not following covid-19 rules and regulations.

My workplace does not follow the rules and regulations set by the Canadian government due to covid-19.

The social distancing approach is not being met and workers are working side by side and with less than 2 meters of distance as it is a factory setting. The employer is not taking any actions to change this.
