Use single words to remember situations when answering behavioral questions

I struggle with my mind going completely blank in interviews so one tool I just started to use and I wanted to share:

if you’re like me and prep for interviews by writing down those handful of examples/situations that highlight your strengths when asked those common behavioral questions, attach one word to each of them that’ll make you remember it. For example, when asked a question about your teamwork and it has to do with helping team member Bob out, it’d be

Teamwork: Bob

Or if you led a workshop on sales and it highlights your deadline meeting ability,

Deadlines: workshop

Then you’d just essentially have a shorthand list you can memorize (as a starting point obviously not memorizing your whole work life)

Hope this helps!
