Offered Copies of My Resume at the End

I just had a job interview for a job I networked my way into. One of the interviewers was the person I networked with and had already talked to. I brought 3 copies of my resume but both interviewers did not bring my resume for the interview. Most of the interview was just talking about the company and I was only asked about two questions. The time was filled with me asking questions and receiving information about the company.

I had my copies of my resume sitting in front of me while they were talking, but offered the copies to them around the end of the interview. Is that ok and does it still show preparedness since I brought copies?
