Got invited to a HireVue interview for a job? Any advice?

I applied for a job at a popular shoe store and I got an email about a HireVue interview, which if I do well, I can get an actual interview. I have a couple questions since this is my first time

1. Does getting an HireVue invite mean the job is actually considering me, or does every applicant go through this?

2. Can anyone who’s went through a HireVue interview give me a run down?

3. Should I dress like I would to an in person interview?

4. How long is too long to complete it? I got my invite an hour ago and I want to complete it tomorrow when I’m more prepared.
