While a job I applied for drags their feet with interview after interview, my current manager offered me a raise and benefits to stay. What would you do?

This is such a long story, so I'm going to sum everything up as briefly as I can.

I currently work at Job A. It's not necessarily an easy or enjoyable job, but the tasks are things I am good at, so the job is simple to me. I have a manager who tries to micro-manages the crap out of my small team of 3, but because she doesn't understand anything about what we do, she kind of stays away from our corner of the office. I get along very well with the other two people on my team. It's an OK work environment even though the pay isnt great, although it was my first job out of college, so what could I expect? In the short term I'm pretty much a nobody but there is potential in the (very) long term for growth internally or externally depending on what I decide to pursue. If it helps to know, this is an accounting position.

The problem is that Job A is a temp job. I was contracted for 3 months. I've now been here a year and a half. I've been pressuring and pressuring like crazy to get hired. It didn't seem like it was going to happen.

Mid-January, so a little more than a month ago now, I applied for Job B. Job B is at the same company but in a different department. The pay is pretty much the same. Within the company there's zero opportunity for growth, but if I looked elsewhere after a few years then there would be plenty of opportunities for me. I get along well with that department. It's a marketing position, but its basically data entry using a lot of the same tools that I currently use in my current position. Basically... The hiring manager really was on my side and wanted to get me out of the temp situation, so when this opened up for applications she encouraged me to apply.

Over the past month, I've had 1 in person interview with the hiring manager (so not even with the actual manager of the department) and 3 phone screenings with various members of the marketing department. They have given me zero idea of the timeline to hire me. The really slow process didnt bother me at first, because I've still had Job A. But in my frustration with Job A, I began putting out resumes starting in February and so far have had two interviews and two actual job offers (I turned both down for various reasons, but still - my point is that other positions are NOT taking a month to screen candidates before they get them in for an official interview)

I've been growing increasingly frustrated with the manager in charge of this department.

Then, suddenly, I get a call one evening when I was off. My manager tells me that shes finally worked out me getting the position full time. I'd be getting paid salaried instead of hourly and my raise would be the equivalent of about 3 dollars an hour. Not huge but definitely not insignificant either.

So I guess... UGH. I guess I'm just looking for some outsider perspective.

Would you guys stick with Job A, something simple and moderately enjoyable with a manager you dislike but tolerate, since the offer is there and would be effective immediately?

Or would you hold off and keep doing interviews for Job B, a role you would potentially like more, but you feel like they're dragging their feet and being super disrespectful with the interviewing process?

Waiting to get back to Job A with my decision isn't an option, unfortunately. I basically need to make this decision now, and I'm really struggling. If it was like... a huge difference in pay or with a different company, it would be easier for me to make the choice. But since the pay would be roughly the same, an identical commute, etc, it's really been hard for me to make up my mind....

I guess I'm afraid that if I back out of the interviews at this point I'll make a bad impression with these people who I ultimately still work with. But if I wait on them, the offer of a real position in my current team could slip away.

TLDR - would you continue with the interviewing process for another job, or take the raise and benefits offered if you stay in your current role?
