Had my performance review, I think it went OK?

I had my first performance review yesterday in my new position (promoted back in April).

The way it's supposed to go is a self-evaluation, followed by goals for next year. Then the bosses compare what you rate yourself to how they rate you. If I gave myself a score of, say "65" and the bosses gave me a "30", then there's obviously a problem.

I was expecting a lot of feedback and constructive criticism, but I got quite the opposite. It was probably the quickest, most rushed and forgettable review I've ever had, with the bosses saying to just keep doing what I'm doing. It was surreal. For what it's worth, I gave myself a "50", the bosses say "48", which is good/close, I think.

Is this normal for this type of review? Good thing? Bad thing?
