Where can I find Adventure and get paid for it?

So I'm 22, and am about to leave the military after 4 years. The idea of civilian jobs working in offices or going back into full time education fills me with dread. What I really want is a job that's adventure of the old fashion kind, where everything is different everyday. Does anyone have any experience in these things or any suggestions in where to look?
