Should I take a pay cut or nah?

Hey guys just curious in what you would do. I make 15$ now working in an Ac plant with a lot of overtime(i work 6 days a week sometimes 7) and I hate it .I feel like I just get up go to work and come home it’s pretty depressing and I see no upward movement A job in a field that I love wants me to offer me a job for 13$. With that I also get flight benefits and at least 3 days off every weekend working 12 hr shifts. Should I take that 2$ pay cut and overtime to go into a field I love? My spouse makes about 73k now so not sure if that matters and we have no kids at the moment and are trying to purchase a starter home.
