I'm 26 and I have nothing "real" to put on my resume. What the heck do I do?

I went to college for a few years out of high school, but didn't graduate due to family issues. While in school, I performed very well, getting basically 4.0s every semester. I just lost motivation in my depression. I then began renovating my grandma's house full time for a year. Then I got with my current, long term partner who provides for us 100%, very comfortably. I spent years perfecting my art (miniatures, sculptures, jewelry), and I've made some pretty cool stuff that I'm proud of. I sold a few things on Etsy. Nothing crazy. Now I've been renovating our house for 10-12 hours per day, for more than a year. I also volunteer at schools for 1 hr/week for a couple years now.

But that's pretty much it. I don't think any of this I could put on a resume, despite the fact that I get up at 7 every day and work until 6. Nothing to "show" for it. No past employers to call.

There isn't exactly a need for me to work. In fact, my partner is against it (gently) because I'm already working hard labor all day. I just want stuff to put on my resume. It would suck for me to only qualify for, like, a gas station job (maybe), while I have the skillset of a general contractor. Not that I want to do that work. I definitely don't.

Any ideas would be great. I'm kinda sad about this....
