Quantifying vacation time in negotiations

Greetings r/jobs!

So I received an offer for a new position that I am very excited about. The offer is between $70k-$75k (Plus COLA). Benefits are comparable to my existing job, however the one difference is paid time off. The new job allows 2 weeks paid vacation annually, compared to my current job where I have 3 weeks vacation and 2 weeks personal time.

I am relatively happy with the base salary. Since this will only be my second salaried position, I don't have much leverage in my experience. Would it be fair to say that I would like a bump in salary equivalent to the loss in vacation time? Ex. The loss of vacation is equivalent to one pay period of $X, which would be an increase of 5% on my base salary. How would I word this in a counter offer?

Thanks in advance for any advice!
