Is Bank of America "Relationship Banker" an unethical, lip-smacking-salesman type of position?

I've just been offered a position as Relationship Banker at Bank of America.

Pay is $20/hr.

I've been reading some negative reviews online, many complaining of overwork and unreachable sales goals.

Is it as bad as some people make it seem? I am not very interested in a position that forces people to lie and cheat to meet unrealizeable goals.

My other job offers right now are:

1. GEICO Management Trainee - $25.80/hr (lots of phone calls and belligerent callers)

2. AAA Retail Service Specialist - $17/hr (front desker with minor sales goals)
